Store Policy

• Please make an appointment if you have more than 15 items of intake.
• Nice As new is a seasonal consignment store. Please refer to our Intake Schedule for the best time to bring your merchandise in.
• Clothing should be no more than three years old and in like new condition, free of any stains, tears, broken zippers, missing buttons, and any smoke or musty smell.
• All toys and small appliances should be in working order with a11 the necessary parks, and any remote control or other accessories needed to properly work.
• You will receive forty percent of what your items sell for.
• To protect your account, we request a driver's license or photo ID to collect your money.
• You will receive cash/check for any items sold.
• Your items are given about two months to sell at full price and then the price will be placed on sale for 50% off for about 2 weeks.
• Nice As New reserves the right to offer other sales, coupons or discounts to sell or liquidate merchandise.
• Not all items will sell. If you would like your items back it is your responsibility to find them in the store. Any items left after the allotted time will become the property of Nice As New LLC to be donated to chartiy, liquidated or discarded as Nice As New LLC deems appropriate.
• Nice As New will not contact you when your item's time expires. We handle too much volume to contact everyone regarding expired items.
• We strive to price items at the highest price we feel the item(s) will sell for. If you have a specific item(s) you would like to discuss a certain price for please make sure the item is priced appropriately before you leave the item with us.
• Please check the Consumer Product Safety Commission website ( www.cpsc.gov ) for recall information on any infant and children's toys, and any equipment you wish to sell.
• We actively work with law enforcement in retrieving stolen merchandise. You could be subject to criminal penalties for bringing in stole items to resell. By bringing in items you attest under penalty of law that you are the rightful owner or have legal authority to sell the items.
